He has a proven track record as General Manager and Chief Financial Officer with over 30 years of managerial and operations experiences.

He specializing in, resort management, condominium real estate development, business incubation and receiverships.

Michael currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer for the Bluwater Group.

In 2016 Michael became a Gallup certified international coach delivering strengths-based development coaching and training solutions  empowering executives, managers and teams to achieve their organizational goals.
